"Super easy to make changes"
I needed to change my pickup time and swap a couple of items after I’d already placed my order, and it was surprisingly easy. Nothing got messed up, and I didn’t have to cancel the whole thing and start over, which would’ve been ridiculous. Overall, it was simple, smooth, and way less stressful than I expected.

"Prices Changed and I Got Charged More"
I was really annoyed with my order. The prices online kept changing, and when I got my receipt, it was higher than what I saw before checking out. I reached out to support, and they basically just said, "it happens." Like, seriously? That’s NOT helpful. I won’t be ordering again

"Kind of a Frustrating Site to Use"
I tried using PC Express it was more annoying than I expected. The site felt a bit glitchy to me, pages would load strangely, and a few times I clicked on something and it just didn’t seem to do anything. Maybe it was having server issues or something, I’m not sure, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth. Searching for products was also a pain. The filters felt kind of random, and I had to spend way too much time just trying to find basic items. The checkout part was probably the most frustrating, though. It kept sending me back to fix things but didn’t really explain what the problem was. I ended up feeling like the whole process was way more complicated than it needed to be

I had to reach out to pcexpress.ca to check on an order update, they replied quicker than I thought they would. The first message was a little brief, so if it had been a more complicated issue I might’ve been less impressed, but for what I needed, it was enough to get things moving.
I sent one follow-up and they explained everything more clearly after that. They were polite and the issue got sorted without much back and forth. It wasn’t flawless, but for a basic order update, the support was good and I’d be fine using them again.

Just a heads up to save you some time, I wouldn’t bother with the meat or fish here. The chicken smelled off, and the salmon was slimy again. Definitely not something I’d feel comfortable cooking or eating.

I asked for a refund the whole thing just dragged on way longer than it should have. I kept having to check in myself because there weren’t any clear updates, which got frustrating. By the end of it, I was just annoyed and over it. I definitely won’t be using it again.

I use pcexpress.ca mainly because it’s convenient and easy to navigate. That said, the item availability can be really frustrating. I’ll place an order with everything showing as in stock, and then later I get a message saying a bunch of items aren’t available. It’s especially annoying when you’ve planned meals around those ingredients and then the main things don’t show up. The pickup process itself is fine, no real complaints there, but the stock information definitely needs to be more accurate.

I had a few items missing from my order, and the personal shopper hardly messaged me at all, so I didn’t really know what was going on. Some of the substitutions were odd too, which made it feel like there wasn’t much attention being paid. Pickup itself was fine, but for basic groceries I expected a little more care. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely made me trust the service less.

I placed a pickup order and still ended up waiting forever when I got there. Maybe I showed up too early or something, but if it says pickup, I kind of expect it to be ready when I arrive. This has happened before too, so it’s getting frustrating

I ordered during a promo and the discount showed up just like it was supposed to, which was nice. Pickup was smooth too, though I did end up waiting a little longer than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with it and would pretty much use it again if there’s another good offer

The fruit arrived really fresh and the veggies were nice and crisp. I’ve ordered from a few other places before where things showed up a little bruised or wilted, but this was definitely better. No complaints from me...

"Wish I’d Tried It Sooner"
I ordered a few grocery items through pcexpress.ca i kind of regret not using it earlier. The communication was solid overall, I got emails and texts when my order was received, when they were picking it, and when it was ready for pickup. One item was out of stock, but they let me know quickly, which I appreciated. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the notifications felt a bit repetitive, and my pickup time changed once. It wasn’t a big issue, just a little annoying in the moment. Still, I’d definitely use it again.

"Convenient, but the fees kind of ruin it"
I use PC Express once in a while when I’m too busy or just really don’t feel like going into the store. It’s definitely convenient, and most of the time my groceries are packed well. But the service fees have started to make it feel not quite worth it, especially if I’m only doing a smaller shop. The prices already feel a bit high sometimes, so adding extra fees on top just gives me a bad feeling about the whole thing. I still use it when I really need to, but it’s not something I’d want to rely on every week...

"Fresh pantry items, no expiry-date stress"
I ordered a few pantry basics and my biggest concern was that they might send stuff that was close to expiring, because that’s happened to me before with online orders and it’s really annoying when you’re trying to stock up. But everything arrived with long expiry dates, so I don’t feel like I have to rush to use any of it right away. Nothing looked old or like it had been sitting around forever. Overall, happy with the order and I’d feel comfortable buying pantry items from them again
